It seems that every day there’s a new Grand Theft Auto Online glitch. Some of these glitches are wardrobe glitches that experienced players use to signal status and high rank within the game. Others find holes in the map purely for amusement, but some glitches are so fascinating that people from around the community stop and take note.

Recently, in an online lobby, players managed to get a Kurtz 31 patrol boat lodged inside a rooftop pool of a casino, and it was manned by a driver, and two gunners on the sides of the Vietnam-inspired cruiser, which is one of the most unique vehicles in GTA Online. They further used the glitchy physics to levitate before finally safely floating off of the roof and landing on the ground with a firm, yet not-catastrophic thud. Reddit user Confident-Ad544 posted a clip of the incident online.
Casinos are yet another feature that Rockstar Games has added in its bid to keep the ecosystem in Grand Theft Auto Online exciting. With GTA Online’s casino update, players are able to own and operate their own casinos, which goes a long way towards helping players keep up with the expensive gadgets that are always entering the ecosystem. And this particular casino owner took this as an opportunity to put their Vietnam-style boat in the pool on the roof.
Exactly how these players achieved this feat is unknown, but Grand Theft Auto’s community is always looking for holes in the physics of the game to do stunts and money glitches before the Rockstar team has a chance to patch them up (in between the chaos of the average lobby of course). There have been many physics glitches similar to this one in the past, from glitches that make GTA Online players fall through the floor to glitches that fling players across the map. But unlike the previously mentioned glitch, the boat stuck in the casino rooftop pool is entertaining.
Grand Theft Auto Online is available for PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S.
