RELATED: Pokemon Scarlet & Violet: All Purple Stake Locations to Open Grasswither Shrine and Catch Wo-Chien

Green Stake 1 Location

The first Green Stake (or yellow/gold, depending on how someone sees it) can be found near the opening of a cave on the eastern end of Socarrat Trail. The easiest way to get there might be to fast travel somewhere on top of Glaseado Mountain and then travel over to the far northwest side of it.

Green Stake 2 Location

This Green Stake can be found on a cliff near the water’s edge. The best way to reach it is to travel from the Gracia Stones point, but for those that have yet to visit all ten sights of Paldea, try traveling to Casseroya Lake and then traveling directly west towards the ocean.

Green Stake 3 Location

This Green Stake is located just a few steps east of the Casseroya Lake Islet fast travel point.

Green Stake 4 Location

Travel to the Port Marinada fast travel point and then head a little north to find this stake on top of a cliff by the sea.

Green Stake 5 Location

Travel to the tiny island south of the Casseroya Lake travel point to find this stake.

Green Stake 6 Location

Head on the path northeast of Porto Marinada to come across a small wooden bridge. Before going across it, look in the field to the west to find one of the green stakes. The stake doesn’t show in our picture because we grabbed it without taking a screenshot (sorry).

Green Stake 7 Location

There is a strange structure called Collonade Hollow to the east of Porto Marinada. It’s actually one of the ten sights of the Paldea region. The green stake can be found inside the structure, on top of a really tall pillar.

Green Stake 8 Location

Travel west of the Glaseado Gym to find this green stake on a high ledge. Players should be able to spot the town of Medali if they look over to the south from the stake’s location.

What Happens When All the Stakes Are Pulled?

Once the eight green stakes are pulled out of the ground, players will hear a mysterious cry leading them toward the direction of Ting-Lu’s home, the Groundblight Shrine.

Where’s the Groundblight Shrine?

For those that have no idea where the shrine is, it’s located in the northwestern corner of the Paldea region. The best way to reach it is to head north of the Casseroya Lake Islet fast travel point. The shrine’s entrance is a glowing circular green door.

Ting-Lu Battle

Upon reaching the Groundblight Shrine, players will get to encounter the Legendary Pokemon, Ting-Lu. The Pokemon is Ground/Dark-type and will be level 60, so make sure to come prepared with a strong team and plenty of Ultra Balls.

Before starting the fight, though, players should save. If Ting-Lu is defeated, players can easily restart their game to start the encounter over again quickly.

Ting-Lu has these moves up its sleeve:

Ruination (Deals damage equal to half of the target Pokemon’s current life) Throat Chop (Dark-type move that prevents the target from using sound-based moves) Rock Slide (Rock-type move that can cause flinching) Stomping Tantrum (Ground-type move that can be doubled in power if the user’s previous move failed)

Pokemon Scarlet & Violet are available for the Nintendo Switch.
